The epidemiology professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has served as an expert witness in legal cases involving the transmission of zoonotic diseases. Several cases he encountered concerned children who developed ocular toxocariasis and lost vision.

AllPro ScanX Scheduled Maintenance
Like all preceision products, the ScanX requires a certain amount of care on a regularly scheduled basis. A well-organized maintenance program aids dependable equipment operation and reduces problems to a minimum. Routine checks help to detect general overall wear, and replacement parts can often be made before a probem occurs. Adherence to the maintenance schedule will ensure that the ScanX Digital Imaging Systems will continue performing at its best with uniterupted service.

Shipping Tips
General Packing Methods
Follow these general guidelines for the two most popular packing methods, plus recommendations for odd or irregular-shaped shipments.
Single-Box Packing Method
- Ship fragile products inside a sturdy outer box.
- Wrap product(s) individually in a minimum 3" thickness of air-cellular cushioning (Bubble Wrap®) on all six sides (top, bottom, front, back and both ends) to fit inside a corrugated box.
- Use loose fill peanuts or air-cellular cushioning material to fill void spaces and prevent movement of goods inside the box during shipping.
- Place goods that might be affected by dirt, water or wet conditions inside a plastic bag.
- Consolidate small parts and accessories and package separately. Spillable or granular products should be placed in a strong sealed container, such as a burlap or sift proof plastic bag, then package in a sturdy outer box.
- Use the H taping method for sealing your package.
